Fill in the POP account name with your UserID. (it's the name you chose for yourself when you first signed up.) Then type your Password, and click Next.
Type LRBCG.COM for the Internet mail account name, and then click Next.
Select Connect using my phone line and click Next.
Fill in the area code and phone numbers for your local area. You can find the list of numbers here. Then click Next.
