Q: I am not receiving any e-mail. What should I do?
A: First you should check your incoming mail server settings. Be sure that the incoming {POP3) server is set to the mail server for your domain check the chart to find it. If your incoming mail is correctly set then you should check your reply-to address, it is usually a good idea to leave it blank. Finally, if all of these settings are correct, be sure that you have given the correct e-mail address to your friends.

Q: What is my e-mail address?
A: Your e-mail address is the User ID you used when you signed up with LRBCG.COM followed by @adomainname. when you signed up you were given a choice of possible domain names. Replace LRBCG.COM in your e-mail address with the one you chose. For example, TechSupport is a user ID, so the email address for TechSupport would be TechSupport@LRBCG.COM.
