Double-click the Outlook icon on your desktop.
After Outlook opens, click Tools > Services.
In the new window that opens, select Internet Mail from the list and click Properties.
In this window change the mail server name to Your mail server address from the chart on the last page. Click Apply and then OK and you are finished.
