JACK E. DAUCH: PRESIDENT 

AFFIlLIATED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, Inc.  M.S. - Harvard University School of Public Health - Environmental Health B.S. - Ashland University - Majors in Physics and Mathematics

Mr. Dauch is President of Affiliated Environmental Services, Inc. with offices in Sandusky, Ohio and River Vale, New Jersey. AES operates an environmental laboratory that is accredited by both NVLAP and the AIHA and does environmental surveys, asbestos abatement, stack testing and water sampling.

From 1981 to 1984 Mr. Dauch was Vice-President of A.H.Environment, Inc. This firm specialized in environmental cleanups and asbestos related services.

From 1975 to 1981 Mr. Dauch operated Occupational Health Services, Inc. which did environmental surveys.

From 1961 to 1975 Mr. Dauch was an employee of Teledyne (Teledyne Isotopes and Teledyne Energy). He worked as a Safety Engineer, Health Physicist, Environmental Engineer and as Manager of the Environmental Services Profit Center of Teledyne Isotopes.

Mr. Dauch has 20 years of asbestos related experience including 700 completed jobs in 9 states.

Mr. Dauch has 35 years experience in the general field of Occupational Health. He is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (since 1963), the Health Physics Society (since 1962); he is a Certified Health Physicist 1969; the Air ? Water Management Association and the Ohio Asbestos Council and the N.A.C.




DONALD O. DAUCH: VICE PRESIDENT MID-WEST OPERATIONS A.E.S. 

Mr. Dauch has a B.S. degree from  Bowling Green University (Environmental Health).

From March 1984 to present. Mr. Dauch has been employed by Affiliated Environmental Services, Inc. His present duties are the management of the Ohio (Mid-West Operations) office. Total services available from the Ohio operations include: complete asbestos services (sample, survey, analysis, abatement and training); air sampling (both EPA stack sampling and OSHA personnel sampling); water (includes industrial, lagoons, wells, etc.); laboratory analysis (includes microscopy gas chromatograph, atomic absorption, wet chemistry) lead services and hazardous waste.

From 1977 to 1980, Mr. Dauch was employed by Occupational Health Services, Inc. as an Environmental Technician. His duties included field monitoring, testing, and laboratory analysis.  The work was primarily related to air monitoring, water analysis and hazardous waste.

From 1980 to 1984, Mr. Dauch was employed by A. H. Environment, Inc. His duties initially were very similar but with more emphasis on PCB and Asbestos projects. He has supervised numerous asbestos projects including both abatement and surveys. These have included jobs from a few thousand dollars to a million dollar cleanup in N.J. From 1982 on, Mr. Dauch's duties have been primarily with sampling, surveys, training, and analysis with special emphasis on asbestos and environmental air quality.




DARRELL SLANE: PRESIDENT 

AFFILIATED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES N.J., INC. B.S. - Columbia University/Pace University   Chemistry and Business Administration

Mr. Slane is President of Affiliated Environmental Services N.J., Inc., located in River Vale, New Jersey. This company performs asbestos and lead based paint abatement, surveys and field testing.    From 1963 to 1988, Mr. Slane was Vice President of Teledyne Isotopes, a Division of Teledyne,  Inc., a $4 billion company.

During this time, Mr. Slane managed nuclear instrumentation and environmental dosimetry. Mr. Slane was in charge of a staff of 45 scientists and engineers and marketing for the entire company. In addition, Mr. Slane managed laboratories in the United Kingdom and a field office in Korea.

From 1988 to 1990 Mr. Slane was Vice President/General Manager of Mariscott Douglas located in Westwood, New Jersey. In this capacity, Mr. Slane managed asbestos abatement projects for N.Y.U. Medical Center, Harvard University, Boston College, Brooklyn Union Gas, American Cyanamid Fisher Development, GATX and Mobil Chemical.




JAMES K. GRAY: ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR 

AFFILIATED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC.

Mr. Gray is  Environmental Supervisor for Affiliated Environmental Services located in Sandusky, Ohio.  His present duties are supervisor of operations in the air department.  AES has an accredited laboratory by both NVLAP and the AIHA and performs environmental surveys, asbestos abatement, water sampling, stack testing along with a CEM monitoring trailer.

From 1994 to 1996 Mr. Gray was Project Manager of a firm specializing in air emissions services. His duties included scheduling of projects, quotes, crew management, reports and management of operations.

From 1991 to 1994 Mr. Gray was Project Supervisor  of a firm specializing in air emissions services.

Mr. Gray is experienced in managing of crews, projects, scheduling, and quotes along with knowledge of EPA Methods, lab analysis and CEM monitoring equipment. He has managed single tests of a quarter of million dollars.  




ROGER KEYES: PROJECT MANAGER 

AFFILIATED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES N.J., INC. Toulane University, 1969 - B.A., Business Administration

Mr. Keyes is a Project Manager for Affiliated Environmental Services located in River Vale, New Jersey. This company performs asbestos and lead based abatement, surveys and field testing.

From 1970 - 1995 Mr. Keyes was President of Orangeburg Machine Works.

During this time Mr. Keyes managed a highly successful company that designed, produced and marketed complex machines and machinery parts for hi-tech companies.

Mr. Keyes has extensive experience in managing people, projects and scheduling work in addition to managing the administration functions of a company.




PAUL SINGLEVICH: SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsible for all facets of field and administrative management for private, state, and federal environmental projects.

1989-1990    Bergen Technology, Inc. CRidgefield Park, NJ)  Asbestos Abatement Supervisor/Inspector

Performed asbestos surveys/hazard assessment for numerous commercial and industrial properties including the interpretation of abatement plans and specifications. Supervised numerous asbestos   abatement projects assuring proper removal methodology, disposal, and worker safety. Responsible for adherence to proposed abatement schedules and budgets as well as federal and state              regulations. Overall management of recordkeeping, air sampling, project performance and completion.
